All deposits are non-refundable.

A minimum 48 hours notice must be given for a cancellation in order to retain your deposit.

Appointments cancelled the day before or same day forfeit the deposit for blocking out the artist time.

We will allow up to 2 appointment reschedules. If the second reschedule is cancelled your deposit will be forfeited.
